Hi, I'm Wendy Legeret, and I'm 36 years old.  I live in a small city called Iron Mountain, Michigan, which is located in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula.  All my life I have loved to craft.  I have done cross-stitch, painting, sewing, quilting, paper crafts, and so much more!  I am the type of woman who enjoys working with people who love to make others happy.  And that's part of why crafting is so enjoyable I think.  When you are working on a project, you feel the energy that it gives you and once your project is finished, some of that energy is given to the person receiving your craft.

I have recently taken up colored pencil artwork and that is what I have been focusing on.  My other favorites like quilting and cross-stitch,  have been put on the back burner for the time being!  I will eventually go back, but for now, this is my favorite!  I will be posting some of my work soon so please check back!

In the late 90's, I entered my first craft show.  I had setup a booth to sell some of my computer printed greeting cards.  The craft show was for three days.  There were not a lot of visitors to the craft show itself, and unfortunately, a lot of crafters went home unhappy because their sales were not good, if at all.

By creating Wendy's Craft Mall, I am giving crafters a chance to not only sell their crafts, but a chance to get their work seen by others.  To the visitor, it gives you a chance to see more crafters in one spot than seeing just a few in a weekend's time.

Another reason for my mall is to help bring other crafters together all in one setting.  It's nice to see the world's talent in one spot - not scattered around.  By keeping all of us together, we are making a statement that crafting is like a religion - a love for something we believe in.

All in all, my mall is for anyone who loves to craft!  Crafters of all ages, from all over the world, may join my mall.  If you are under 18, you will need a parent or guardian's permission, but you are welcome just the same!

Here are the reasons why my mall is so great!

• commission free - all sales you make are yours to keep - 100% - GUARANTEED. 
• organization - very important - this way, not only can you, the visitor find what you are looking for, but you, the crafter, can market your crafts easier!
• no outside advertising - if there is one thing that I cannot stand is ad after ad after ad on a website.  You will not find that here!
• family safe - my mall is user friendly and family safe.  There is no chance of ever seeing pornography or reading fowl language.  I also do not permit crafters who kill animals for their craft.
• pre-screening of websites - because it is family safe, all websites are pre-screened ahead of time to make sure it is family safe. 
• open 24 / 7 - Wendy's Craft Mall is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days out of the year - including leap years - put it bluntly - my mall NEVER closes! 
• secure plans - when a crafter invests in one of my secure plans, there are no expiration dates, no other fees.
• virtual booths - a virtual booth is just like having a website.  Crafters can have as little or as much as possible in their booth!
• update when you wish - all virtual booth owners may update at their leisure their booth.  There are no limitations whatsoever!
• sell to whom you wish - it is entirely up to you who and where in the world you wish to sell to.  If you live in England and only want to sell within England, that is fine.  If you live in France and want to sell world wide, that is fine too!  You call the shots on this - NOT ME. 
• world wide acceptance - I encourage everyone around the world to join my craft mall!
