To register online, please fill out the form below.  Once you have submitted your registration, you will hear from me within 24 hours. I will confirm that you have in fact registered for the Wendy's Craft Mall Affiliate Program, and I will also approve your application.

 

Once your application has been approved, you will be notified and your affiliate information kit will be sent to you within 48 hours. You may begin your program at anytime! In advance, I wish you all the luck and welcome aboard!

Should you wish to download the form to register, please click here to do so. The file is in a .pdf format. You will need a program to open this. Some programs for example are Microsoft Word 2010, 2011, and Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is free to use and to download. You can download it by going to their web site, http://www.adobe.com.
