Paying for Your Account
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and online checking through PayPal. In order to pay using PayPal you will need to open an account. It is free to open and use, however, new accounts need a couple of business days to authorize. Accounts are immediately created with authorized PayPal payments. All payments made through cashier checks, money orders, personal checks, and business
checks must be made out to Wendy Legeret -
Western Union is also accepted. If you are making a payment by way of Western Union,
you must notify me 24 hours in advance so I can make arrangements to be available
to receive payment. Payment must be made payable to Wendy Legeret, the city is Iron
Mountain, the state is Michigan, the phone number if needed is (906) 239-
Personal and business checks will need ten (10) business days to clear my bank. Checks that are declined will be charged a $35 fee overdraft fee. This covers my bank fee that is charged to me. I will ask you for another form of payment. If you cannot come up with another form of payment, I will work with you to come up with a way to make a payment.
Cashier checks and money orders are accepted and once authorized, will be cashed and your account is created immediately.
Logging In
In order to access your account online, you will need your username and password.
If you have forgotten your username and password, you will need the answer to your
security question. Without it, you will not have access to your account. I recommend

Craft Booths
A craft booth is like a website. It is visible to all visitors and allows you to
sell your crafts online or offline. Your booth is a way to advertise your business
and show the world what you are all about as a crafter. You are able to sell worldwide
if you choose or simply sell to your own city -

Please note that Creative Crafts and Roadside Recipes & Opal Dreaming are both permanent booths and the designs were unlimited. At this time, I am not offering permanent booths. The booths offered now are all a standard design which include color changes and your logo for personalization.
Selling Your Crafts
To list your crafts or craft supplies in our stores is free. Once a sale on your item is made, a commission of 7% is taken out. All sales are made through our mall through our PayPal account. When an item sells, it is immediately taken out of the store it was sold in. Once we receive payment, your PayPal account will be credited the sale amount minus the 7% commission, and if you do not have a PayPal account, you will receive their sales minus the 7% commission plus a sales receipt for the entire month on the fifteenth of the month.
Crafter Website Links
By listing your website, it will give you more exposure, future customers, and a way to market yourself to the world!
Your website link is listed in the website link page along with your logo, banner, or picture of your choice. You are also listed in as many stores as your site complete with your name, which has a direct link to your website, and the website’s printed address with a direct link.
website links are not charged a setup fee, all of your sales are 100% yours to keep, and no commissions are ever taken out.

Gift Certificates
You do not have to be a member of Wendy’s Craft Mall to order gift certificates for your business. All gift certificates are printed on high quality colored card stock to match the holiday, occasion, or business. When mailed, it is sent with a matching envelope, and a contact card (gives information on how to find you). Gift certificates are $2.50 each. This pays for the materials used to make them.
Crafters who rent craft booths or are selling crafts may sell gift certificate through Wendy’s Craft Mall. Gift certificates may be in any amount you wish or you may let your customer decide. Crafters can only sell gift certificates through PayPal and the certificates can only be used towards the customer’s purchase.
Coupons
You do not have to be a member of Wendy’s Craft Mall to order coupons for your business. All coupons are printed eight per sheet on special paper and are numbered. Each sheet is $2.00.
Crafters who rent craft booths or sell their crafts can offer coupons to customers. Crafter’s who are renting a booth can use them for online purchases or print them out to use during their craft shows. If you are selling crafts, the coupon will automatically be given as an option so visitors can choose how they wish to purchase your craft.
Updates
All updates must be received before 10:00 p.m. CST. Once your information is received, your information will be updated within 24 hours or less.

Renewals
Because rental booths and yearly crafter website link accounts are not under contract, they do not have to be renewed. However, if you wish to remain at Wendy's Craft Mall, you must renew your registration.
Notifications
You will be notified by the method chosen in the registration. Renewals must be received within 24 hours of original registration date.
Late Renewals
If your renewal is past the 24 hours, and you wish to remain at Wendy’s Craft Mall, you must renew within the next 24 hours in order to be charged the current fee. Once the 48 hours are up, and you wish to remain at Wendy’s Craft Mall, and wish to keep the setup fee waived, you must renew within 60 days. However, if you are more than 60 days past the original renewal date, and wish to renew your listing, you will be charged the current listing rate and a new setup fee (yearly craft booth renters do not have a setup fee).
Late Payments
All crafters are given a one time grace period on craft booth rentals. The next month, accounts that are more than five days late on their payment will be suspended until payment has been received. Suspended accounts lose placement on website. Once payment has been received and account is in good standing, the suspension will be lifted and the account will be placed back on website. Vendor has up to 30 days to pay the balance on the account. If after 30 days the balance has not been paid in full, a $5.00 late fee will be added to the bill. If more than $15 in late fees has accrued, or ninety days has past, your account will be considered closed and any payments made will not be refunded.
Affiliate Program
As an affiliate, you will be promoting Wendy's Craft Mall, while at the same time,
earning commissions on all crafter’s who pay for their registration. The Wendy's
Craft Mall Affiliate Program is free and is available to anyone who is a legal resident
of the United States, and is at least 18 years old. When you sign-
